• Cascading Soft Delete of Private Exams: When you delete a custom private exam or close your account, our retention policy immediately cascades soft-deletion to all associated private question sets, topics, questions, and private attempt records. Deleted attempts are excluded from platform history.
• Purging & Anonymization: Following account deletion, personal identifiers (email, name, profile details) are purged or irreversible anonymized. Anonymized statistical attempt counts may be retained solely for exam difficulty calibration.
• Operational Logs: System access logs and security records are automatically expired after a retention period of 30 to 90 days.
