Terms and conditions governing your access to and use of VitePrep.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and VitePrep (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the VitePrep website (located at https://viteprep.com), application services, APIs, and associated learning features.
By creating an account, accessing practice exams, creating private question sets, or browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.
You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By registering, you warrant that all information you submit is accurate, current, and complete.
VitePrep is an independent learning and exam preparation platform. We design practice questions, study guides, diagnostic assessments, and AI tools to assist candidates with learning technical subject matter.
Non-Affiliation and Trademark Notice:
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Cisco Systems, CompTIA, HashiCorp, Kubernetes/CNCF, and other certification names, acronyms, and associated logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
VitePrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially certified by any of these trademark holders or certification authorities. Use of third-party marks on this site is strictly nominative for informational purposes to identify the relevant certification syllabus.

Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund, deletion of offending content, and potential reporting where required by testing security covenants.
VitePrep provides tools allowing users to create custom private exams, practice sets, and custom topics. Your rights over this content are strictly protected:
You retain full intellectual property ownership of any custom questions, explanations, study notes, and private test sets that you create.
You grant VitePrep a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license strictly to store, process, and render this content within your personal account.
No Public Catalog Contamination: Per our architecture commitments, user-created content is never published to other users, never merged into our official question bank, never included in public search indexes, and never used to train public machine learning models.
VitePrep integrates artificial intelligence capabilities to provide interactive answer explanations and to help generate customized private practice sets:
VitePrep provides access through free allowances and tiered subscription or pass plans (e.g., BASIC, PRO, PRO_PLUS):
Each plan defines specific usage quotas (such as monthly AI explanation credits, private exam generation limits, and active practice sets). Quotas reset at the conclusion of each billing period and do not roll over unless explicitly designated. Quotas and promotional credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
If you purchase a paid pass or subscription, you are eligible to request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that you have not initiated more than one (1) full practice exam or substantially consumed your allocated AI generation quotas. To request a refund, contact support@viteprep.com with your order reference.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Except for user-created private content, the VitePrep platform—including its website layout, UI design, software, official question bank, curated explanations, diagrams, trademarks, and logos—is the exclusive property of VitePrep and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account access at any time for violation of these Terms, particularly regarding academic integrity or security abuses. You may close your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support@viteprep.com. Upon account deletion, all user-created exams, private question sets, topics, and attempt histories will undergo cascading soft-delete and purge per our data retention schedule.
No Guarantee of Examination Results:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VITEPREP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT COMPLETING PRACTICE EXAMS OR USING OUR AI TOOLS WILL ENSURE PASSING ANY OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION.
Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VITEPREP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VITEPREP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall first be submitted to informal dispute resolution by contacting our team.
